As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to ever let us down, probably will. You'll have your heart broken and you'll break others' hearts. You'll fight with your best friend or maybe even fall in love with them, and you'll cry because time is flying by. So take too many pictures, laugh too much, forgive freely, and love like you've never been hurt. Life comes with no guarantees, no time outs, no second chances. you just have to live life to the fullest, tell someone what they mean to you and tell someone off, speak out, dance in the pouring rain, hold someone's hand, comfort a friend, fall asleep watching the sun come up, stay up late, be a flirt, and smile until your face hurts. Don't be afraid to take chances or fall in love and most of all, live in the moment because every second you spend angry or upset is a second of happiness you can never get back.

A short reminder--Time
A woman came home from work late, tired and irritated, to find her 5-year old son waiting for her at the door.
The son said: 'Mom, may I ask you a question?'
The mother said: 'Yeah sure, what is it?’ 'Mom, how much do you make an hour?' asked the son.
'That's none of your business. Why do you ask such a thing?' the woman said angrily. 'I just wanna know. Please tell me, how much do you make an hour?'
The mother replied: 'Well, if you must know, I make $ 50 an hour.' 'Oh,' the little boy replied, with his head down. And then he said: 'Mom, may I please borrow $ 25?'
Hearing this, the mother was furious, 'If the only reason you asked how much money I make, is so you can borrow some money to buy a silly toy or some other nonsense, then you march yourself straight to your room and go to bed. Think about why you are being so selfish. I don't work hard everyday for such childish nonsense.'
The little boy quietly went to his room and shut the door.
The woman sat down and started to get even angrier about the little boy's questions. How dare he ask such question only to get some money?
After about an hour or so, the woman had calmed down, and started to think. Maybe there was something he really needed to buy with the $ 25.00 and he really didn't ask for money very often.So, she went to the little boy's room and opened the door.
'Are you asleep, son?' She asked. 'No Mom, I'm awake,' replied the boy.
'I've been thinking, maybe I was too hard on you earlier' she said. 'It's been a long day and I took out my aggravation on you. Here's the $ 25 you wanted.'
The little boy sat straight up, smiling. 'Oh, thank you Mother!' he exclaimed. Then, reaching under his pillow he pulled out some crumpled up bills.
The woman saw that the boy already had some money, and started to get angry again.
The little boy slowly counted out his money, and then looked up at his mother.
'Why do you want more money if you already have some?' the mother grumbled.
'Because I didn't have enough, but now I do,' the little boy replied.
'Mother, I have $ 50 now. Can I buy an hour of your time?Please come home early tomorrow. I would like to have dinner with you.'
The mother was crushed. She put her arms around her little son, and she begged for his forgiveness.

POWER OF FAITH
Respected Saint Dhan Nirankar Ji,
I Just want to share a small story with all of you, it’s about the
power of faith….
Story told by a man which is most frightening yet thought-provoking
experiences of his life.
He had been on a long flight. The first warning of
the approaching problems came when the sign on the airplane flashed
on:
“Fasten your seat belts.”
Then, after a while, a calm voice said-
“We shall not be serving the beverages at this time as we are
expecting a little turbulence. Please be sure your seat belt is
fastened.”
As he looked around the aircraft, it became obvious that many of the
passengers were becoming apprehensive. Later, the voice of the
announcer
said, “We are so sorry that we are unable to serve the meal at this
time.
The turbulence is still ahead of us.”
And then the storm broke. The ominous cracks of thunder could be heard
even above the roar of the engines. Lightening lit up the darkening
skies,
and within moments that great plane was like a cork tossed around on a
celestial ocean. One moment the airplane was lifted on terrific
currents of
air; the next, it dropped as if it were about to crash.
The man confessed that he shared the discomfort and fear of those
around
him. He said, “As I looked around the plane, I could see that nearly
all
the passengers were upset and alarmed. Some were praying.
The future seemed ominous and many were wondering if they would make
it
through the storm. And then, I suddenly saw a girl to whom the storm
meant
nothing. She had tucked her feet beneath her as she sat on her seat
and was
reading a book.
Everything within her small world was calm and orderly. Sometimes she
closed her eyes, then she would read again; then she would straighten
her
legs, but worry and fear were not in her world. When the plane was
being
buffeted by the terrible storm, when it lurched this way and that, as
it
rose and fell with frightening severity, when all the adults were
scared
half to death, that marvelous child was completely composed and
unafraid.”
The man could hardly believe his eyes. It was not surprising
therefore,
that when the plane finally reached its destination and all the
passengers
were hurrying to disembark, he lingered to speak to the girl whom he
had
watched for such a long time.
Having commented about the storm and behavior of the plane, he asked
why
she had not been afraid.
The sweet child replied,
“Sir, my Dad is the pilot,
And he is taking me home.”
This is power of faith; do we trust GOD when we face such a strom in
our life?
His Holiness himself said in a congregation in 1983, “people are
turning atheists today. There are many reasons for this, but the major
factor responsible for this is the vast difference or gap between the
words and the deeds of the people who call themselves religious.
Looking at this, the educated community of today is getting alienated
from God; they refuse to believe in the very existence of God.” Baba
ji also said in Gurudev Hardev that “the world is observing the
Nirankari devotees very closely today. In fact, the world has already
seen that Nirankaris are leading life like real devotees & saints.
Their spirit of tolerance and their desire for the welfare of the
whole world are being appreciated by one and all from the core of
their hearts. Therefore, it is an added responsibility of the
Nirankari devotees that they should keep marching on the path of love
& humility more sincerely than ever before.”
I too want to live upto the expectation of my satguru, wants to live
my life according to his teachings….just want to conclude by saying “
Mera kaash kuch aisa kirdar ho jaaye, mujhe har manav se pyaar ho
jaaye…khuda ki pak ulfat me main itni dubti jaon, har ek surat me
mujhe rab ka deedar ho jaye.”

Happy Mothers Day
Mom the word tells everything about you,
Mom the first word which I spoke,
Mom the word full of love,
Mom the Strongest word in the world.
Mom is GOD for me
Mom is my power
Mom is my strength.
Mom is my first love.
Mom is my best friend.
Mom is everything for me.
Place nearer to you is the most secure place in the world.
You teach me lessons of life, lesson of love, passion, goal of life, and more.
Even if I fail, you smiles at me and teach me those lessons again.
Every moment with you is bliss-full moments, every day with you is divine day.
I laugh at those ppl who said that NO HEAVEN ON THE EARTH. B'cause there is HEAVEN AT YOUR FEET. I never feel how fortunate I am, but now I'm older and have realized how fortunate I am to have a mother who is always there for me. Often I make decision, I wish you were here so give me advice, So many things which happens to me that I know U would enjoy,I wish you were here so this joyful time go longer.
I'm thankful to YOU for this SPATIAL bond,somehow it makes me miss you more..(cant write any more)

TURN YOUR MOURNING INTO DANCING!!!
THE NEW FOOTPRINTS..that once etched the sand next to the Master ..
Now imagine you and the Lord Jesus are walking along the beach together. For much of the way the Lord's footprints go along steadily, consistently, rarely varying in the pace.
But your prints are in a disorganized stream of zig zags, starts, stops, turnarounds, circles, departures, and returns. For much of the way it seems to go like this. But gradually, your footprints come in line with the Lord's, soon paralleling His consistently. You and Jesus are walking as true friends.
This seems perfect, but then an interesting thing happens; your footprints that once etched the sand next to the Master's are now walking precisely in His steps. Inside His large footprints is the smaller "sandprint," safely enclosed. You and Jesus are becoming one; this goes on for many miles.
But gradually you notice another change. The footprints inside the larger footprints seem to grow larger. Eventually it disappears altogether. There is only one set of footprints. They have become one; again this goes on for a long time.
But then something awful happens. The second set of footprints is back. This time it seems even worse than before. Zig zags all over the place. Stop...start. Deep gashes in the sand. A veritable mess of prints.
You're amazed and shocked. But this is the end of your dream. Now you speak:
"Lord, I understand the first scene with the zig zags, fits, starts, and so on. I was a new Christian, just learning. But You walked on through the storm and helped me learn to walk with You."
"That is correct," replied the Lord. "Then, when the smaller footprints were inside of Yours, I was actually learning to walk in Your steps. I followed You very closely."
"Very good. You have understood everything so far." "Then the smaller footprints grew and eventually filled in with yours. I suppose that I was actually growing so much that I was becoming more like You in every way."
Precisely." "But this is my question, Lord. Was there a regression of something? The footprints went back to two, and this time it was worse than the first."
The Lord smiles, then laughs. "You didn't know?" He says. "That was when we danced."

As in the past, the Sant Nirankari Mission is celebrating February 23, 2010 as Guru Puja Diwas. The day will also be marked by the 56th birthday of the Head of the Mission Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj.
Last year all the branches of the Mission in India and abroad launched a cleanliness campaign on this day. This year, this social service venture will take the form of tree plantation. All the followers of the Mission across the world will participate in this campaign.

MEANING OF FIVE PLEDGES
Five Pledges
Firstly, to accept wholeheartedly that all that you are, and all that
you consider to be your own, is a gift from God. To guard therefore
against these things becoming a source of greed, arrogance or pride.
The pledge encourages one to utilise these gifts (body, mind and all
wealth) for the wider good, in the understanding that you are a mere
trustee of these things. Baba Ji often refers to this state as
‘samurpan’ – utter surrender to God.
Secondly, to avoid judgement, condemnation or hatred of any being, and
to live above worldly divisions such as those of nationality, race,
color or creed. The essence of this pledge is the acceptance of one
and all without prejudice, as members of one world family, created by
One Divine Maker. Baba Ji can be heard referring to this pledge as
‘samdrishti’ – literally, looking upon all with one eye, or one
vision.
Thirdly, to pledge to rise above petty discrimination on the basis of
lifestyle, diet or dress. These factors are often geographically,
historically and culturally determined, and all too often become an
unnecessary source of conflict and unrest. Any person who commits to
the third pledge, learns to live and let live, by way of a deep
respect and tolerance for diversity. Baba Ji may talk of this promise
as ‘vishaalta’ to be large of heart, and broad in mind.
Fourthly, to live a dutiful and honest life, fulfilling any
responsibility that has come your way. There is really no need to
renounce the world, or indulge in penances, to come closer to God.
Rather, pledge to live in the world as a good citizen, sharing in the
burden of others, but never becoming a burden upon others. Baba Ji
calls this the path of ‘karam yog’, where one’s daily living becomes
an act of worship.
The fifth pledge is to honour the sanctity of the Knowledge of God as
a divine blessing. In order to avoid misinterpretation and confusion,
the Knowledge should not be disclosed without the permission of the
Satguru because in it’s essence, the Knowledge is more than words can

conversation of spirit, which transcends all physical boundaries. Once
Satguru perceives that an individual has grasped the essence of the
Knowledge, he gladly asks that individual to share his bliss with
others.

With the blessings of HH Satguru Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj, on Children's Day (November 14, 2009), a new website http://kids.nirankari.org. is being launched. This website is specially designed for children of Bal Sangat, those who are in age group of 4 to 12 years of age.
This new website will provide "spiritual learning experience for kids" with a mix of fun activities and spiritual messages.

The 62nd Annual Nirankari Sant Samagam will be held in Delhi on November 14, 15 and 16, 2009. This was announced in Delhi during the Sunday congregation on July 05, 2009 by Rev. K.R. Chadha, Vice-chairman, Central Planning and Advisory Board, Sant Nirankari Mandal, in the benign presence of His Holiness Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj. As usual Guru Vandana Program will be on very next day of sant samgam's 3rd day, i.e. 17th november, 2009. So every one is invited to join this SANT NIRANKARI ANNUAL SAMAGAM.
